Glasgow Wood offer a convenient and affordable wood collection service, providing a sustainable alternative for your wood waste over hiring a skip and sending to landfill. We are committed to reducing disposal costs, reducing valuable timber from heading to landfill and creating jobs for local people.
No matter your challenge, we’ll do what we can to ensure your wood waste is correctly disposed of. All collected material is either recycled, reused to create quality furniture and bespoke pieces at our South Street Workshop, or sold as one off pieces of second-hand & vintage furniture.
Our wood collections all run in line with Community Wood Recycling, an organisation for which we are a member.

Please consider contacting the Glasgow offices for The Salvation Army, British Heart Foundation or NG Homes as they may be able to help you re-house these types of pieces.

We do, but only through prior agreement. Please contact us via telephone or email in advance of visiting us because we cannot guarantee that we’ll accept your wood. If you’re able to provide photographs when you contact us we’ll be able to speed up this process.
Our collection charges vary depending on the amount, quality and location of your wood waste. We have minimum charges for smaller loads and we are flexible!
